The founder is Buti William Motloba and also senior pastor of The Redeemers Church in Rustenburg(moruleng)South Africa. He has been in the ministry since September 2003 to 2006,the church services were conducted in the house of the late Zacharia Motloba,the brother to Buti William Motloba.
William matriculated in Kgamanyane High School which is in Moruleng in 1986. In 1987 William couldn’t further his studies due to lack of finance then he went to Rustenburg Platinum Mines at Amandelbult at mine store. It became difficult for BW Motloba to continue to work at the mine because the work load was too much and it needed someone with muscles. Through the help of one gentlemen called Rantla, William was transferred to the laboratory.
In 1988 William went to the University of the North to study for B.Proc and L.L.B and he completed the same during 1993. He became a qualified Attorney of The High Court of South Africa on the 28th of May 1998. William has been practicing Attorney for his own account since June1998 to date.
OM Motloba matriculated at Hammanskraal at Hans Kekana High School in 1987.
She was employed at farm school in Kresie at Naboomspruit from 1988 to 1990 as a Teacher.
OM Motloba studied BA degree at the University of The North. During 1998 from the inception of MOTLOBA ATTORNEYS Martina worked with William as his secretary to date.
Sister OM Motloba has given her love to this Church and to everyone who comes in her path. How many times has she called us and prayed with us and how many times has she visited us and how many times has she found time to give to our Church and to minister to us in some way? Sister OM Motloba has found time to love us in all the different ways that you find.
If there is a ministry or a need that has to be filled Sister OM Motloba stretches herself and steps up to meet that need.
She has steped up recently and begain ministering to our children in children’s Church. They are learning to minister, to sing in front of the Church, to learn bible verses, to learn the books of the bible, and so much more. We are blessed because Sister OM Motloba has taken her love and poured it out on our Church family. This morning I want to say thank you from our Church.
Rethabile matriculated at Kgamanyane High School in Moruleng in 2006. He further studied I.T, rethabile became the youth pastor during 2010

Answer: Before discussing the role of a youth pastor/minister, it is important to first discuss the qualifications. Generally speaking, anything said about the role of bishop/overseer should be applied to any other church leadership position, including youth pastor/minister.
Therefore, the biblical qualifications for a youth pastor/minister are found in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:6-9. The youth pastor/minister must be above reproach, the husband of one wife (if married), temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not given to drunkenness, gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money, managing his own family well, having obedient, respectful children, not a recent convert, and having a good reputation with outsiders.
